BASTROP CO. HISTORICAL SOCIETY PRESENTS THE HILLS PRAIRIE PLANTATION: At an old house near Bastrop, two families discovered their remarkable connection. In this meeting, hear the history of the Hill Plantation through the combined perspective of both a descendant of the white Hill family who owned the plantation and now does once again, and of the black Hill family who lived there as slaves. This lively and thought provoking story is a real must see.
